Our refund policy

Application fee

The Application Fee of $250 is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Insurance fee

The Insurance Fee is $200 and is included within the tuition fees.

Program fees

Option 1: Full payment Policy
Full refund You will receive a full refund of $12,700 if:
  • we give you at least 14 days notice before you are due to start your program that we are unable to offer the Professional Year/SMIPA
  • we refuse your application for enrolment after you have paid your program fees
  • you provide us with written notice of cancellation no less than 28 days before you are due to start the program.
Partial refund You will receive a partial refund if:
  • we receive your written notice of cancellation less than 14 days before you are due to start the program, in which case we will retain 35% of the tuition fee
  • we receive your written notice of cancellation within 10 weeks of you starting the program, in which case we will retain 50% of the tuition fee.
No refund You will not receive a refund if we receive your notice of withdrawal after the start of the 11th week of the program.
Option 2: Pay by instalments Policy
Full refund You will receive all tuition and insurance fees paid if:
  • we are unable to offer the Professional Year/SMIPA
  • we refuse your application for enrolment after you have paid your program fees
  • you provide us with written notice of cancellation no less than 28 days before you are due to start the program.
Partial refund
  • If we receive your written notice of cancellation less than 28 days before you are due to start the program, we will retain a non-refundable amount equal to Instalment 1.
  • If we receive your written notice of cancellation after the commencement of the Program, but prior to the completion of the first 10 weeks of the Program, we will retain a non-refundable amount equal to Instalments 1 and 2.
No refund You will not receive a refund if we receive your written notice of cancellation after the completion of the 10th week of the program.
