Program fees

You can choose to pay your program fees upfront or in three instalments.

Instalment 1 – paid 2 weeks before the program starts $4,500
Instalment 2 – paid 8 weeks after the program starts $2,000*
Instalment 3 – paid 16 weeks after the program starts $2,000*
Instalment 4 – paid 24 weeks after the program starts $4,250*
TOTAL $13,000

* Late payments will incur an administrative fee of $250.

A few points to note about fees

  • Engineering participants must pay their fees directly to Engineering Education Australia as per EEA’s Payment Options. For further information visit: www.eeaust.com.au/professionalyear
  • These fees include GST.
  • If you are paying your program fees by credit card, a 2% transaction fee will be added to cover bank charges.
  • Tuition fees can be paid by direct transfer or bank cheque to avoid these extra fees.
  • You cannot continue with the program if instalments 2, 3 or 4 are not paid by the due date.

The fees cover all costs of the program, such as:

  • tuition
  • the professional component and membership fee to ACS (for the ICT course only)
  • your professional internship (work experience) placement and insurance
  • your orientation and graduation program
  • all learning materials
  • access to Navitas’ on-line resources
  • your Certificate III in Business Services
  • guest speakers
  • employment assistance upon graduation

The following are specifically NOT covered in the program:

  • VISA costs
  • transport to and from the Professional Internship
  • personal stationery
  • all excursions
